Ferrous Bisglycinate is an iron amino acid chelate also known as ferrous glycinate. It is a compound formed from iron ions and a dipeptide of glycine that can be used as an iron supplement. Ferrous Bisglycinate has higher bioavailability and fewer adverse reactions than other commonly used iron supplements, such as ferrous sulfate and ferrous gluconate.
