Bifidobacterium Animalis is a gram-positive polymorph bacterium, which is Y shape, V shape, curved shape and scraper shape. Its typical morphological characteristics are Bacillus with bifurcation. 1.Inhibit the growth of spoilage bacteria
When there is a high concentration of Bifidobacterium animalis in the intestinal tract, the invading pathogens such as Escherichia coli, Shigella dysentery, Salmonella typhus, Proteus, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida alba or endogenous saprophytes and opportunistic pathogens will be inhibited.

Bifidobacterium animalis can convert bile salts into unconjugated states by means of its bile brine hydrolysase activity. As a result, when pH value is lower than 6.0, the solubility of bile salts is low and precipitates with cholesterol, causing cholesterol to be excreted in feces, thus reducing the serum cholesterol level.
3.Anti-aging effect
