Totrizulil is a triazinone compound with broad-spectrum anticoccidial activity. It is widely used in coccidiosis of chicken.
Totrezliti acts on a wide range of sites, including inhibition of schizozoites, nuclear division of microgametophytes and wall forming bodies of microgametophytes, in both asexual cycles of coccidia.
(1) Poultry totripzil is mainly used for poultry coccidiosis.
(2) the coccidiosis of lambs can be effectively prevented by internal administration of 20mg/kg or feeding lO~l5mg/kg totrozil.
(3) lO~15mg/kg is very effective for coccidia hepatica and intestinal coccidia.
