5. What is Epicatechin? 
Epicatechin 90% (E C 90%) is a natural plant flavanol compound with chemical formula C15H14O6. It is white crystals, easily soluble in water and methanol. It collectively referred to as catechin compounds with epigallocatechin (E G C), catechin gallate (C G), epicatechin gallate (E C G) and epigallocatechin gallate (E G C G). Epicatechin is primary known for its ability to enhance muscle growth and strength.
