5. What is Epicatechin? 
Epicatechin 90% (EC 90%) is a natural plant flavanol compound with chemical formula C15H14O6. It is white crystals, easily soluble in water and methanol. It collectively referred to as catechin compounds with epigallocatechin (EGC), catechin gallate (CG), epicatechin gallate (ECG) and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). Epicatechin is primary known for its ability to enhance muscle growth and strength.
